MicroRNA在调节植物生长发育和逆境胁迫中的作用

摘 要:

MicroRNA是目前科学研究最为广泛的一类内源性的非编码单链小分子RNA, 作为一类重要的负调控子通过对目的 基因的引导降解和阻止其翻译过程, 从而调控植物的生命进程。本文综述了microRNA在植物新陈代谢、器官发育以及各种生物和非生物逆境胁迫中所起的重要调节作用, 以期反映当前植物 microRNA 在发现、功能和进化等方面的研究进展。

Abstract:

MicroRNA is a kind of endogenous, no-coding, single-stranded and micro-molecule RNA which is being applied extensively in modern scientific research. As a kind of important negative regulators, microRNA regulates plants’ life process by guiding target genes to degrade and prohibit them from translating. The paper summarized the important regulation roles of microRNA in plants metabolism, organ development and under all kinds of biotic and abiotic stress, to introduce the latest research development of miRNA in finding, function and evolution.
